Unlock the Power of AI: NotebookLM Applications and Pre-Built Notebooks

The AI Technical Team has been bridging the gap between AI potential and practical applications for the App State community. They have developed a collection of NotebookLM blueprints (custom-built notebook environments) tailored for various tasks and roles.

These notebooks span a range of campus needs, offering comprehensive solutions for instructional design, institutional knowledge management and student success and productivity.

Key features

The notebooks work exclusively with the documents you provide (like department files, transcripts or course materials) to answer specific questions, generate summaries and extract information.

Instantly turn dense text, meeting transcripts or long course materials into actionable formats with clear structures and simplified explanations, including:

  • Study aids and guides
  • Organized study and work schedules created from your materials and exported to Google Calendar
  • Action items, task lists and parsed policy highlights with direct footnotes to the original sources

Analyze multiple sources simultaneously, including various class readings or different sections of a text, to find connections, compare concepts and generate cohesive, comprehensive answers from all your sources.
